la tournée des ETOURNIAS en ÉCOSSE 2019

Cette année sera riche en événements chez les ETOURNIAS. 
Outre la deuxième édition de FOK EN FOLIE lors du weekend de Pâques, nous préparons en effet notre voyage en Ecosse pour le mois de Juin. 
Après notre première sortie au delà de nos frontières en Irlande en 2016, , nous allons en effet exporter notre musique et nos danses au Royaume Uni, et tout particulièrement en Ecosse à l'invitation de la SCaT (Scottish Culture and Traditions) suggérée par notre ami David, flûtiste dans l'association. 
Du fait de la distance, nous avons affrété un autocar depuis Puilboreau ce qui nous permettra de transporter les instruments , notre matériel de sonorisation et d'effectuer des étapes agréables. 
Vous trouverez ci-dessous un itinéraire synoptique de notre tournée  pour ceux qui voudraient nous suivre sur le Net ou pour nos amis anglais et écossais qui aimeraient se joindre à nous. (Un article en langue de Shakespeare est également à leur disposition)

Départ de Puilboreau vers Caen. Traversée à bord du M/S Normandie de Brittany Ferries vers Portsmouth.
Mercredi 12 Juin
Route vers Durham. Rencontre et bal avec Durham University Folk Society and Ceilidh Band .
Jeudi 13 Juin
Soirée à Edinburgh . Programme à suivre. 
Vendredi 14 Juin 
Route vers Aberdeen
Samedi 15 Juin
Concert à Drum Castle
( Avec l'orchestre de la Scat/ Davy Cattenach/ Toquadance et Les Toqués du Tempo)
En soirée Ceilidh (Bal) à Aberdeen .
Dimanche 16 Juin. 
Aberdeen Highland Games et bal (ceilidh)  à Stonehaven. 
Lundi 17 Juin  
Accueil à Edinburgh préparée par ScotMusic. Soirée en commun  avec  Ceilidh Callerie dance band et les TOQUÉS DU TEMPO dan's les prestigieux bâtiments du Centre Culturel Franco-Ecossais. 
Mardi 18 Juin
Continuation vers Cambridge. 
Ceilidh (Bal) organisé par Peterborough dance group.
Mercredi 19 Juin 
Retour vers la France (navette tunnel) 

27 membres des ETOURNIAS ont pu se libérer et participeront à cette tournée. (Tous musiciens et danseurs -ou les deux- ) 
Une page Facebook sera consacrée à notre aventure et le site reprendra ponctuellement photos et vidéos.

 

 

The ETOURNIAS will be celebrating their music with a tour of England and Scotland in June 2019 by the kind invitation of SCaT ABERDEEN ( Scottish Culture and Traditions) 

At the suggestion of our friend and musician David the group planned a trip to the United Kingdom based on folk music and dances . Because of the distance involved we have chartered a coach to take us there from Puilboreau which allows us to add some great stops to our tour.

Here is a synopsis of our itinerary for those who want to follow us on the Net or for our English / Scottish friends who want to join us at venues.

June 11th

Depart Puilboreau for Caen. Cross channel with Brittany Ferries to Portsmouth.

June 12th 

Motorway to Durham. Join the Durham University Folk Society and Ceilidh Band .

June 13th

Stop in Edinburgh . Program to follow.

June 14th

Travel to Aberdeen

June 15th

Concert at Drum Castle

( with Scat orchestra / Davy Cattenach/ Toquadance and Les Toqués du Tempo)

Evening Ceilidh in Aberdeen.

June16th

Aberdeen Highland Games and aqua ceilidh at Stonehaven swimming pool.

June 17th

'Welcome in Edinburgh 'organised by ScotMusic with an evening shared by Ceilidh Callerie dance band and the TOQUÉS DU TEMPO at the prestigious French - Scottish Cultural center.

June 18th

Travel to Cambridge. 

Ceilidh organised by Peterborough dance group.

June 19th

Back to France via the shuttle.

 

27 members of the association LES ETOURNIAS will travel , both musicians and dancers (or both)
